Avani Alonso Martinez Madrid Hotel -Previously Nh Alonso Martinez

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The bathroom was also big with lots of natural light. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the evening receptionist and the manager. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, as it was pretty close to the center of the city. It was also very safe and clean. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near the train station and right next to a metro station. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the friendly staff were the best aspects of this hotel.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel had comfortable beds with a cozy duvet and plenty of pillows to choose from. It was a nice touch to be welcomed with a personalized message along with a bottle of water and some biscuits. the availability of water and coffee in the reception area was convenient, and the slices of cake in the afternoon were a delightful treat.

The air conditioning/heating system was not effective as the thermostat didn't adjust the air temperature properly. Opening the window to regulate the room temperature was necessary.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is right by a metro stop and close to the core Madrid sites. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a generous mini bar filled with complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff is friendly and eager to help, and the breakfast is wonderful, offering a full Spanish spread each morning. there are free water, tea, and snacks available downstairs.

The gym facility is quite limited, with only a few equipment options available.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms to the basic amenities that cater to all your needs. Additionally, the location is superb - situated in a lovely area just by a metro station, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at Avani Alonso Martinez. The location was perfect for our needs, with great restaurants nearby. Our superior room was spacious and the bathroom was very spacious too. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The gym was a big plus for us. I highly recommend this hotel.
